1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions and interactions between Racked Wood ("the Company") and its customers ("you" or "the Client"). By placing an order with Racked Wood, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Racked Wood reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise notifying you.

2. Products and Services
2.1 All firewood products are sold based on availability. While we strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, variations in appearance (e.g., size, shape, or color) may occur due to the natural characteristics of wood.

2.2 Racked Wood provides firewood delivery services. Delivery times and dates will be confirmed via email or phone after your order is processed.

2.3 Stacking services, if requested, are subject to accessibility conditions (e.g., no stairs, inclines, or distances exceeding 50 feet from the delivery vehicle).

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices for products and services are as listed at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Payment must be made in full before delivery is scheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include electronic funds transfer (EFT) or credit card payments.

3.3 Orders canceled by the Client after confirmation will incur a 10% administration fee, plus any applicable delivery fees if the order has already been dispatched.

4. Delivery Policy
4.1 Deliveries are subject to availability and receipt of payment. Orders will typically be processed within 1-5 business days unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

4.2 The Client must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the confirmed time window. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

4.3 Racked Wood will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as inclement weather or traffic disruptions.

4.4 The Client assumes responsibility for ensuring safe access for delivery vehicles. Racked Wood's vehicles will not leave paved surfaces to prevent damage to lawns or driveways.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
5.1 Firewood is a perishable product; therefore, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match the order specifications.

5.2 In cases of unavailability of products after an order has been placed, Racked Wood will issue a full refund within 30 days.

5.3 Refunds for cancellations will be processed after deducting applicable fees as outlined in Section 3.3.

6. Liability
6.1 Racked Wood is insured for liability arising from its operations but will not be held responsible for damages caused by improper use of firewood or failure to follow safety guidelines.

6.2 The Company will make every effort to minimize disturbances during delivery but cannot guarantee that lawns, driveways, or other surfaces will remain undamaged due to heavy equipment usage.

6.3 Under no circumstances shall Racked Wood be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from its products or services.

7. Safety Guidelines
7.1 The Client agrees not to enter the work area during delivery or stacking operations unless authorized by a Racked Wood employee onsite.

7.2 Pets must be restrained during service visits to ensure safety for both employees and animals.

8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of GA.

8.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court in GA.

9. Entire Agreement
9.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Racked Wood and the Client regarding the sale and delivery of firewood products and services.

9.2 No oral agreements or representations shall override these written Terms unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.

By placing an order with Racked Wood, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
